My name is David Durant, and I love Pleasant Hill! That's why I'm running for re-election.

In 1999 I asked Pleasant Hill residents to help me move our city into the new millennium with a positive approach and cooperation on our City Council. We began a new, more positive, era with my election that year. For nine years I've been working for you, advocating, collaborating, negotiating, working to:

enhance child safety
strengthen law enforcement
improve school conditions
seek solutions to traffic problems
streamline city government
use your tax dollars wisely
protect neighborhoods, and
seek local and regional solutions to other difficult problems that affect Pleasant Hill residents
